Power Mate Technologies was established by its founders Lewis Liao, Flynn Chen and Eric Jaw in 1992. Thriving in the heavy competition for a decade, the company has grown into a solid business entity with a total of 165 employees and the total pay-in capital has reached US 11 million in 2005.

More than forty percent of the company's investment has engaged in research and development. The management team is composed of a group of well-experienced experts with an average of more than 6 years of experience in the field of network and the applications of communication technologies. 1992	Power Mate Technology Co., Ltd. Was Established .
1994	Business Expansion for Overseas Market.
1994	Improvement of produce capacity by investing the PCBA subcontract partner .
1997	The system of factory was qualified by ISO-9002 standard approval.
1998	Business expansion for OEM and CM project version. UL/CUL and TUV Safety standard approved for system of factory.
1999	The system of factory was qualified by ISO-9001 standard approval. We get a new house-> No.36, 22 Rd, Taichung Industrial Park, Taichung city, Taiwan.
2000	UL/CUL, TUV and CE Safety standard approved for DC-DC product lines . The sister factory was established in China : Power Mate Technology (wuxi) Co.,Ltd.
2002	ISO-9001 Certificate up grate to version 2000.
2003	Power Mate was officially go to the IPO stock market .
2004	The branch company was established in USA : P-DUKE Technologies Inc.
2005	Power Mate was officially go to Public Stock Market ( OCT of Taiwan ) on 3/22, 2005. Production system was successfully transferred to RoHS process and meanwhile get the test approval by SGS origination
