P-DUKE has launched the TAH240 and MAH240 series, open-frame AC/DC power supplies, offering up to 240W continuous output power in a 5”x3” form factor. The TAH240 caters to industrial applications, while the MAH240 is tailored for medical use. These series are ideal for equipment requiring short high current bursts, such as welding machines, industrial printers, packaging machines, computed tomography (CT) scanners, electrosurgical units, and laser therapy devices. Both models can deliver a peak load of 300W for 10 seconds, providing a 300W peak advantage that helps prevent oversizing and overpowering during system selection.
The TAH240 boasts 3000Vac input to output isolation, whereas the MAH240 features 4000Vac 2xMOPP reinforced insulation, an operational altitude of up to 5000m, OVC III (TAH240), and a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C (180W operation at 50°C ambient temperature), making them suitable for challenging environments. They are available in 5x3 inch open frame versions with a universal input range of 85 to 305 Vac, supporting 120-370Vdc input range, and capable of withstanding 300Vac input surge voltage. These series offer single output voltages of 12, 15, 24, 28, 36, 48, and 54 Vdc, with the output voltage easily adjustable up to ±10% (-20% for 54Vout) using the integrated potentiometer. The optional remote control offers a convenient way to manage the units. The TAH240 and MAH240 power supplies are equipped with protection functions, including over-voltage protection (latch mode), over-current protection (hiccup mode), short-circuit protection (auto-recovery), and over-temperature protection (detected by an internal thermistor and auto-recovery).
